Further to the official release, Hon Pat Conroy Minister for Defence Industry said in Canberra: "Just as when you see at one of our beaches a bluebottle jellyfish, that's a signal to get out of the ocean. I want potential adversaries to realise when they see one of these Bluebottle USVs, it's a signal to get out of our ocean."

Capital Strategy and Financial Advisors

As foreshadowed at the 2025 AGM, following the execution of the Program of Record contract, the Board engaged external financial advisors Guggenheim Securities (USA) and Luminis Partners (Sydney). These two firms have a collaboration agreement, and each bring deep global experience in defence technology and autonomous maritime systems. They are assisting Ocius to:

• pursue primary capital to fund growth

• provide liquidity opportunities for shareholders

With timing, pricing and quantum to be determined. The Board will keep shareholders informed as this process progresses.

2025 Annual General Meeting

Thank you to shareholders who attended our 2025 AGM in person and online. Four resolutions were passed including a Special Resolution to replace our Articles of Association with a modern Constitution. This reflects the Company’s evolution and supports our strategy to expand into competitive international markets while enabling future liquidity pathways. Post AGM we christened two new diesel hybrid Bluebottles BUTCH and BINNY.

• From Darwin across Northern Australian waters. This sustained 24/7/365 operational tempo remains a core differentiator for Ocius.

• With Marine Parks Australia, Bluebottles operating from Coffs Harbour and Perth over Xmas and New Year.

A Pivotal 12 months

In the last 12 months while transitioning into larger premises, Ocius has:

• doubled staff numbers

• doubled revenue

• continued 24/7/265 operations to the North of Australia

• contracted a globally significant Program of Record with the Royal Australian Navy

My sincere thanks to our entire Team Ocius, including our Board, fantastic engineers and staff and supply chain partners. I look to keeping you up to date and also announcing the official opening of our new facility in Alexandria in the coming months.

Have a great Easter and please enjoy the accompanying photographs from recent operations and testing activities.
